Queer Death Cafe
What happens at a Death Cafe? A death cafe is a group discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes and is a discussion group rather than a grief support or councelling session. People come together in a relaxed and safe setting to discuss death and share food and drink. The objective is to increase awareness of death with a view to making the most of our (finite) lives. This is an open and non-judgmental queer space, where we can share similar experiences, speak honetly about death and dying and feel heard. The death cafe takes place in English.
